Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only ship to U.S. addresses via the pre-order. But here’s a roundabout way that may help:
If you live outside of the U.S., consider shipping your order to a U.S. address if you know someone who lives in the states. They can then ship your order to you.
If you live in New Zealand, checkout the website youshop.com where you can have your order shipped to a U.S. address and they will then ship it to your New Zealand address. I have no affiliation with YouShop but a recent DoctorGoals customer used this option and said it worked well. Please checkout their website for more information.
...But what about Canada?
I hope to open shipping to Canada in the future but at this time, it is not possible as I too am chasing after my DoctorGoals and residency keeps this doc busy.
However, due to high demand, I will be doing 10 orders to Canada on a first come first serve basis. Regarding orders to Canada:

I ordered a DoctorGoals shirt in the pre-order. When will it arrive?
Manufacturing and shipping will take approximately 4 – 6 weeks from the close date of the pre-order. The wait will be well worth it!
To those who successfully placed an order during the pre-order, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You’ll also receive an email when your package has arrived.
I ordered a DoctorGoals shirt and it hasn't arrived yet. What do I do?
I will do my absolute best to make the shipping process fluid, but once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, I have no control over deliveries. When your package ships, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number so you can track your shipment.
If your tracking status shows that your package has arrived but you do not have it, please first contact the U.S. Postal Service directly with your tracking number for questions about your delivery.
All lost package claims must be submitted to me within either 60 days of the pre-order close date if ordered via a pre-order -OR- within 30 days if not ordered during a pre-order. Shipping errors caused by DoctorGoals will be covered. Otherwise, I am not liable for lost packages.
You are more than welcome to add insurance to your order PRIOR to placing your order. If you’d like to do so, please contact me at [email protected] I’d be happy to set this up for you. Please know there will be an additional fee – it just depends on your order (i.e. weight of your order).
Tracking status shows delivery but you don’t have your package? Try these steps:
Contact your local US Postal Service. Have your tracking number ready.
Ask your neighbors if the package accidentally was put in their mailbox or perhaps they accidentally grabbed it.
Ask your housing manager if you can look at the package room. Perhaps the package was put in the wrong unit number box (ex: 303 instead of 203).
I'm trying to purchase the DoctorGoals shirt but it's not working. What should I do?
If your order doesn’t go through, try:
Be sure to enter in the correct information in the appropriate field.
Use a different credit card. Sometimes that alone will fix it.
Use a different browser.
