Returns/Exchanges

Hey!

Thanks for swinging by and checking out DoctorGoals. I’m currently in the midst of residency, which greatly limits my free time. At this time, exchanges or returns are not possible. Orders are final upon transaction completion. I sincerely apologize if this causes any inconvenience. To help you chose a t-shirt size, head to the Shirt Size Example page.

Also, please note that once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, I have no control over deliveries. For packages lost in transit, please contact your local shipping carrier (refer to your email with your tracking number to find out which shipping carrier handled your delivery) and me at [email protected] Please include your name and order number.

All lost package claims must be submitted to me within either 60 days of the pre-order close date if ordered via a pre-order -OR- within 30 days if not ordered during a pre-order. Shipping errors caused by DoctorGoals will be covered. Otherwise, I am not liable for lost packages.

If you are concerned about your package, please contact me directly, and I’d be happy to set up shipping insurance for you (please know this will have an additional fee depending on your order).
