I ordered a DoctorGoals shirt in the recent pre-order. When will it arrive?

As stated on the SHIRTS page while the pre-order was live, manufacturing and shipping will take 4 – 6 weeks from completion of the pre-order. The wait will be well worth it!

Want UPDATES on the status of the pre-order?

  • At the conclusion of a pre-order, I’ll post updates (i.e. shirt arrival, packaging process, etc.) on the @doctorgoals Instagram page.

  • To those who successfully placed an order during the pre-order, you will receive an email to notify you that the shirts have shipped and to keep an eye out for your DoctorGoals package!

Be sure to check your spam folder to make sure I don’t pop up there.


I'm trying to purchase a DoctorGoals product but it's not working. What should I do?

If your order doesn’t go through, try these steps:

  • Be sure to enter in the correct information in the appropriate field.

  • Use a different credit card. Sometimes that alone will fix it.

  • Use a different browser.

I purchased a membership but I haven't received my login credentials. What do I do next?

You may not receive the emails immediately but it should arrive within 5 – 15 minutes. Make sure to check you Spam/Junk Folder as well.

How can I upgrade my membership?

Follow these steps to upgrade your membership:

  • STEP 1 –  Cancel your current account:

    • Log into your current account.

    • Click My Accounts

    • Click View under My Subscriptions.

    • Click Cancel

  • STEP 2 – Sign up for a new account:

    • Please sign up with a different email address to create a new account right away. If you’d like to keep your current email address, email me at [email protected], and I will get you set up shortly (~24 hours).

    • Select your membership level.

    • ENJOY!

I forgot my password and tried resetting it but it isn't working. What next?

I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. If you are trying to reset your password and it isn’t working, try these steps:

  • Exit out of your browser and try the process again in a different browser.

  • Make sure to use the email address that you signed up with.

  • Check your spam/junk folder. Perhaps the re-set password email popped up there.

How can I cancel my membership?

Follow these steps to cancel your membership:

  • Log into your current account.

  • Click My Accounts

  • Click View under My Subscriptions.

  • Click Cancel
